According to a study by the University of Scranton, only 8% of people achieve their New Year’s resolutions. So, if you’re one of the 92% who are likely to fail, what can you do to make sure you don’t reach your goals?


It’s easy to get discouraged when you don’t see results from your resolutions right away. However, it’s important to remember that change takes time. Be patient with yourself and keep up the good work. You’ll get there eventually.
